Nate has been designing and building homes for over 25 years. In the early days, he bootstrapped his way into the business building houses with his own two hands, with some help from his wife who spent many-a-night with a paint brush in hand after working her day job. Nate’s philosophy is grounded in Midwest values where swinging a hammer correctly is just as valued as being the “CEO” of the company. These days, Nate oversees the entire process working with customers to visualize their dream home, creating design alternatives in CAD, and bringing it all to life through a reliable and efficient construction process that has been refined over time.
If you asked Nate about his secret sauce, he’d tell you it’s the relationships he’s built over many years. Relationships that rely upon honesty, trust, and transparency…..not just with customers, but with every employee and every contractor involved in the process.
